1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

We currently ship within Rural Australia. International shipping may be added in the future.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery: 5-10 business days
Express delivery (if selected): 3–7 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal network issues outside our control.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows your parcel as delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us and we will liaise with Australia Post to resolve the issue.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details.
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
